Q: My vouchers have expired, what do I do?

A: Unfortunately, if your voucher has passed its expiry date, it is now deemed void.

A: Every dealer can set their own award criteria. Additionally, some states prohibit awarding miles for vehicle purchases, such as California and Illinois.

A: We have approached Southwest Airlines many times and they have declined to participate.
